Coming soon, we will offer a 3-disc clutch, 3/4” bore clutch that will be a premier clutch at a great price for jack shaft applications. We have done hundreds of rebuilds on existing clutches and have found that performance and durability can be improved for jack shaft applications. We have engineered a clutch basket that will support the heat and RPM without self destructing. We have made friction materials that will still perform well at the end of a long race. This is where the new Rock Star really wins the Grammy! Specifically engineered to be very good on starts and durable, our 3 disc clutch will provide performance and durability that others will not. We have won and lost races because of a clutch. So when we set out to build our own, we decided to make a clutch that would accelerate more, slip less and be awesome at the end of the race. -Made from aircraft quality steel material-Less movement under heat and tighter tolerance during assembly

-Blueprinted From The Factory-Your new Rock Star clutch comes blueprinted! All clutch parts are put through a special “seasoning” process before final grinding. The result is a clutch that performs better to start with a performs better for longer then other clutches.
-Custom Made Friction Discs-When we set out to build our own clutch, we chose to come up with a different and unique friction disc material that would perform better and last longer. We employed a high end friction disc company to build us multiple friction disc types for testing and through what seems like millions of hours testing and developing, we have come up with a friction disc material that not only performs better then what is available but is also more durable.
-Clutch Springs-Each clutch contains matched springs for the application. All springs will be within 2 pounds of pressure. Our springs are specially made from a different material then what others are using now for better durability and consistency. Your springs are excellent quality and setup specifically for your application. Each spring is checked and matched with our high end spring tester before assembly. This is more then other manufacturers and blueprinters are doing.
-Grinding Procedures-We have some killer clutch grinders that are extremely precision. We have spent the money and purchased very high quality grinding machines and have re-fabricated them to produce an industry first finished product in terms of quality and accuracy.
-Tooling-We have also manufactured custom tooling for our grinder and custom tooling for clutch assembly that makes for sure that each clutch we manufacture is correct.
-Performance- By the Rock Star’s unique design, it produces a level of performance unlike others in the market place. By the features we have created and unique design, Your new Rock Star clutch is the best level of performance on the race track and the best level of durability. We thought that there was no sense in making a good clutch that would only last a few nights. Why not make a truly unique performing clutch that will last ten nights and performs better? Why not make it clear to a customer what it takes to keep his clutch going at the same level it did on day one? That is what we have set out to do and we have succeeded.
